Connor and his whole team were an absolute delight to work with.  They were so detailed, precise and precious with our valuables – clearly understanding pieces that are both valuable and sentimental; making the normally stressful process seem effortless, smooth and seamless.  Connor’s ability to manage his staff, get the job done, handle some of the challenges along the way (like our dining table not fitting into the lift; but finding a way to get the table out of the building!) clearly shows his solution focused approach as well as his skills in spacial capacity management; he is so cool, calm and collected; and we felt completely safe and secure knowing that Connor wouldn’t stop till the job was done.
