Canard Solutions (CanSol) was engaged by the owner of a four-bedroom gracious home in Armadale to assist in a two-part work program to facilitate the sale of the property, and subsequent relocation to a “downsized” townhouse.

CanSol engaged with the owner to prepare a photo inventory of all goods to be dispersed or disposed of.

In the meantime, the family assisted the owner with removal of easily disposed of surplus, and goods which the family wished to retain (of which there were very few).

Having completed the photo inventory, CanSol then engaged with the owner to identify which goods were to be sold and which to be donated (in CanSol’s experience, very few goods ultimately end up being tipped.)

Following this process, the CanSol team visited the home to pack and remove all additional goods. This resulted in the home being easily prepared for presentation for sale.

Following a successful marketing and sale program, CanSol then regrouped with the owner to arrange disposal of surplus goods and effect moving of all retained goods to the new home.
